City Opens 2024 Seasonal Prescott Park Dock Application Period

The City Clerk announces that her office will start accepting applications on Monday, December 4, 2023 for the lottery to assign the twelve seasonal boat slips at Prescott Park for the 2024 season. The deadline for applying is Thursday, January 4, 2024. Go to the 2024 application package, 

Each year, twelve boat slips in Prescott Park are made available for seasonal rental. Slips are awarded by lottery, first to Portsmouth residents. That lottery is scheduled for Friday January 5, 2024 at 9 am. Any slips remaining after the Portsmouth resident drawing are then awarded through a second lottery for non-residents. Notifications are sent to all successful applicants after the lottery drawings.

In addition, to the seasonal slip rental, overnight and hourly rental dock space is available in Prescott Park during the April 2 through November 1 boating season. For additional information about rates and policies please visit the Prescott Park Docks page.
