Beneficiary information for eligible employees, is provided for the payout of NH Retirement Pension benefits, Final Compensation from the City of Portsmouth, and Life Insurance policies.

How do I sign up for a 403(b) or 457(b) plan?
Navigate to our HR Benefits page:
FOR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES select Municipal Employee Benefits and scroll down to the 457 Plan Documents, you may only select from the listed options.
FOR SCHOOL EMPLOYEES select School Employee Benefits and scroll down to the 403B Plan Documents, you will see the 403(b) Annuity Companies Contact information, you may only select from the listed options.
What discounts are offered to employees?

How do I update my employee demographics information?
You may send an email to Human Resources with your full name, department, and description of changes (address, phone number, etc). If you live in a different state, you may also need an employer tax withholding form to continue taking out state taxes on your paycheck.
