What discounts are offered to employees?

Employees have access to discounted movie and ski lift tickets, along with many more discounts located on our HR Benefits Page, scroll to Employee Discounts box for a full list.

How do I update my employee demographics information?

You may send an email to Human Resources with your full name, department, and description of changes (address, phone number, etc).  If you live in a different state, you may also need an employer tax withholding form to continue taking out state taxes on your paycheck.

 

How do I update my beneficiary information?

Beneficiary information for eligible employees, is provided for the payout of NH Retirement Pension benefits, Final Compensation from the City of Portsmouth, and Life Insurance policies.

How do I update my direct deposit?

How can I change my emergency contact information?

The form is located on our HR Benefits page under Employee Forms, or you may download the form by clicking here. Please mail or email completed form to Human Resources.

Where can I find my union contract information?

Access to all the union contracts are on the Contracts page.

How do I sign up for a 403(b) or 457(b) plan?

Navigate to our HR Benefits page:

FOR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES scroll down to the 457 Forms section.  You may only select from the listed options.

FOR SCHOOL EMPLOYEES scroll down to the School Employee Insurance box, you will see the 403(b) contact information, you may only select from the listed options.

SchoolCare/Cigna coverage for COVID-19

SchoolCare / Cigna coverage for the COVID-19 diagnostic test, the office visit, and telehealth services are now available at no cost to participants.

SchoolCare and Cigna have taken steps to help participants with symptoms or exposure to COVID-19 find greater peace of mind with easier access to screening, testing, telehealth services, and behavioral health support.  Effective immediately, out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 testing-related visits, whether at a doctor’s office, urgent care clinic, emergency room or via telehealth, are waived through May 31, 2020.

In addition, during times like these, many may feel extremely overwhelmed. Cigna is providing resources free of charge for all customers, clients, and communities to help manage high stress and anxiety. Cigna has opened a 24-hour toll-free help line (1-866-912-1687) to connect people directly with qualified clinicians who can provide support and guidance. More information can be found on Cigna.com.

HealthTrust/Anthem Coverage for COVID-19

What will my Anthem benefits cover for services related to COVID-19 testing and care?

Your Anthem health plan will cover the care you get if you’re diagnosed as having COVID-19. For those who have fully insured, individual, Medicare and Medicaid plans, it’ll also waive your out-of-pocket expenses for the focused test used to diagnose COVID-19.  You can call the number on the back of your identification card to confirm coverage.

Take advantage of Telemedicine services to obtain services from the comfort of your home, LiveHealth online partners with HealthTrust to provide you with coverage for the cost of a regular copay.
