The City of Portsmouth Health Department is providing detailed information to residents about the new Coronavirus COVID-19 that was identified in China in December 2019.

Food Code Updates for Food Processing Plants (Proposed Amendments to Chapter 4 Article I - Food licensing and regulations)
The City is proposing food code updates to Chapter 4, Article I - Food Licensing and Regulations. These proposed amendments adopt specific sections of He-P 2300, New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules, regarding definitions and regulations of food processing plants / manufacturers.
