Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan
The City has completed preparation of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan that analyzes needs and deficiencies, develops guidelines and standards for bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and identifies and prioritizes infrastructure improvements. The City worked with Toole Design Group, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in bicycle and pedestrian transportation, to assist in preparing the Plan.
