Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan

The City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan analyzes needs and deficiencies, provides guidelines and standards for bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and identifies and prioritizes infrastructure improvements. The City worked with Toole Design Group, a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in bicycle and pedestrian transportation, to assist in preparing the Plan.
