For the 6th year, during the month of May, the library will host work by local artists created from recycled and natural materials. Working in a variety of formats, styles and with materials at hand, artists have taken the ordinary, the overlooked, the “junk” that we produce each and every day and asked us to consider the extra-ordinary that can be created from them. Might your child need some extra practice to do their best in school? Get them ready with Learning Express. Work through skill building exercises and practice tests in a wide range of subjects. Materials are available for elementary through high school students, including test preparation for SATs, PSATS and advanced placement exams. It's all free with your library card. Got questions?
