Arrest of Isaac Brake

On July 17, 2019, the Portsmouth Police Department notified:

 

Isaac Brake

Age 46

 

that there was an active warrant for his arrest charging him with Criminal Trespass. The warrant was a result of an investigation where he refused to leave the residence of 322 Kearsarge Way at the request of the homeowner. Brake advised the police over the phone that he would not leave the residence and would not submit to arrest. Based on Brake’s history, the Seacoast Emergency Response Team was activated. After approximately three hours of negotiations, Brake surrendered and was taken into custody.

 

Brake was charged with Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest, both Misdemeanors. Brake was released on Personal Recognizance bail with a court date of September 9th in the 10th Circuit Portsmouth District Court.
