Crime Stoppers and New Hampshire’s Most Wanted programs are coordinated by detectives, as well as the Alcohol Compliance Program, the sex offender registry program, prosecution of juvenile offenses at the Family Court level, the preparation and presentation of all felony level cases for the Rockingham County Grand Jury, and security surveys and speaking engagements to area businesses and community groups.  Detectives continue to actively investigate the unsolved homicides of Laura Kempton, Tammy Little, Stella Bolton and James Moore, as well as the 1986 fatal fire that took the lives of Terry Giles, Joseph Poulin and Linda Plummer.
