The public session is anticipated to begin at 3:00 p.m. in the Wm. Mortimer Conference Room on the second floor of the police department. No non-public session.
Members of the public may enter through the main lobby of the police department and request to be escorted to the meeting location. Public comment will take place at the beginning of the meeting.
*Meeting notices are posted on a bulletin board inside the Police Department lobby and a bulletin board in City Hall, just outside of The Portsmouth Room & Eileen Dondero Foley Council Chambers.
