Come and join your neighbors and police officers for coffee and conversation on National Coffee with a Cop Day.

Members of the Portsmouth Police Department will be roaming around some coffee shops downtown to get an opportunity to chat with members of the community. Get to know the officers and discuss topics that matter to you.
