What are the Finance Department’s hours?
The Finance Department is located at City Hall open during City Hall's normal business hours:
Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm

Copies of the current and past City Budgets can be found:
- Online! The City Website has Budgets posted from Fiscal Year 2007 to present, which you can find here.
- City Clerk’s Office – The City Clerk, located at City Hall, has copies of past and current budgets
- Portsmouth Public Library – The Reference Desk also has copies of the past and current City Budgets

Copies of the current and past City Comprehensive Annual Financial Report can be found:
- Online! The City Website has CAFR reports posted from Fiscal Year 2007 to present as well as PAFR reports from 2016 to the present which you can find here.
