Open Water Technique Night
The pool staff has created a Thursday night, weekly workout, that is designed to give swimmers more one on one feedback on stroke improvement. There will be a general workout, and be led by some of the Seacoast's most experienced and knowledgeable open water swimmers. Coaches will give tips and tricks to swimmers looking to improve their overall performance in the open water. If you are new, and not sure what to work on, the coaches can help you as well. Swimmers will have the opportunity for one-on-one feedback from the coaches.
The workout is open to experienced open water swimmers looking for that extra advantage in the water, and beginners just starting their open water journey.
Ages: 15+. Drop-in class, no registration needed.
