If unsure about your child's level, please contact the pool (603) 427-1546. During the first class, the instructor will assess all swimmers' skills. If necessary, the pool will move a swimmer to a more appropriate level. The pool can’t guarantee an available spot if swimmers are placed in the wrong level.
There are no makeups for missed classes. If you choose to move your child to different time, this must be done before the start of the session and there will be a $10 fee. Transfers must be made in person. In order to maintain the integrity of our class as to content and to size, we do not offer make-ups. The pool has found that adding children to a class they are not registered for disrupts the rhythm of the class. The pool ask that you please do your best to attend all the classes.
Due to the high demand and limited spots for swim lessons, refunds are not available expect in cases where the pool cancel a class due to low enrollment.
If a child is not able to attend the full swim session, in case of injury or illness with doctor’s note, a credit will be given for the remainder of the session.
