Seasonal slips are offered April 2 through November 1. Each year, twelve boat slips in Prescott Park are made available for seasonal rental. Slips are awarded by lottery, first to Portsmouth residents. For 2024, the City Clerk start accepting applications on Monday, December 4, 2023. The deadline for applying is Thursday, January 4, 2024 and the lottery is scheduled for Friday January 5, 2024 at 9 am. Any slips remaining after the Portsmouth resident drawing are then awarded through a second lottery for non-residents. Notifications are sent to all successful applicants after the lottery drawings.
