NEW ZUMBA CLASSES!

Zumba fitness combines upbeat Latin music and four basic dance rhythms.  Together these form the basics for this fitness, interval training workout that is so much fun that it has been called exercise in disguise!  Come and join the party with this workout phenomenon.  Purchase a punch card for $5.00 a class or drop in for $6.00.  For more information contact instructor Deb Homer O’Leary at 430-9137.

PAY ONLY A $1.00 DAILY FEE!

The Recreation Center Features:

• Full court gymnasium
• Indoor track 1/12 a mile with rubberized flooring
• Expanded cardiovascular room: treadmills, lifecycles, elliptical machines, Stairmaster and rowing.
• Separate weight room with free weights.
• 50 foot, four lane pool, hot tub and steam room.
• Saunas in both men and women locker rooms.
• Variety of programs and classes.

• Please use the parking lot adjacent to the recreation center . (All parking on street in front of the center is for condo owners ONLY).
• The Recreation Center is for only those 18 years of age or older and out of high school.
• Children are not allowed in the recreation center.
• For the safety of all guests, please observe and follow all weight room, pool and locker room rules.
• Guests may use facility for a $5.00 daily guest fee.
