Spin-Bata! is a non-impact, HIGH INTENSITY 45 minute workout. SPIN-BATA incorporates the TABATA method with SPINNING, UPPERBODY STRENGTH, and CORE! FIT OVER 50
This very popular senior class is for ages 50 and over. Aerobic ex ercise done to period music; includes 10 m inute w arm up, 20 m inutes cardio, balance or strength and cool down. The fee is $7.00 per class. The instructor is Jen Quirk, offered Wednesday mornings from 9:00-9:45 am.
STRENGTH & STRETCH

Tai Chi is an internal martial art originating in China and is widely practiced for health, exercise and relaxation benefits. Tai Chi is a meditation in motion and consists of a series of slow, graceful movements. Routine practices reduces stress and promotes integration of mind, body, and spirit. Salsa Performance Training/Salsa Performance Team

This is a sixty minute comprehensive workout that begins with cardiovascular conditioning with fun and easy aerobic dance moves, followed by strength training using light weights or bands, balance exercises done to promote functional stability, and stretches for flexibility both on our feet and down on yoga mats. Every session ends with a few minute of breath work and quiet reflection to start the day from a place of peace and satisfaction. Participant's should bring their own weights and mats if they have them. All classes led by Becky Kollmorgen, a physical therapist and certified exercise instructor. Com e and play co-ed volleyball on Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:45 in the gymnasium at Spinnaker. Everyone is welcome to play and it is free for Spinnaker members or
come in and pay a drop in rate of $5.00. Play is also available on Friday nights from 5:30-7:30 pm for co-ed play.
Cardio Kick Boxing
A 50 minute cardio kickboxing class with Deanna that is doable for all levels! This class w ill get your heart pumping with a mix of short and long kickboxing combinations, power pushes and speed sets. Please purchase a pair of hand wraps after your first class! SENIOR FIT BY DONATION

A meditative breathing practice that incorporates GENTLE body movement using thirty six SLOW moves while integrating controlled breathing for balancing body functions and feeding your body energy system’s through channels called meridians. Qigong is the root to Tai Chi supporting biochemical balance in brain, physical coordination, and mindfulness to enhance energy baseline flow for powerful healing results. 25 minute sweat-fest on SPIN BIKE burns mega-calories followed by standing BARRE influenced by classical ballet tones and tightens lower body.
