Welcome to the City Of Portsmouth's Parking and Transportation Services Page. With over 2,500 off-street and on-street public parking spaces downtown, Portsmouth offers convenient parking and access to its commercial district and waterfront area. The parking garage is conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Parking is just 75 cents per hour in the  public parking garage and at metered spaces on the street. Plenty of free parking is also available just a short walk or trolley ride from downtown.
