Are you interested in yoga? Teen Student Yoga will be offering a weekly practice for all PMS students on Thursdays from 3:15-4pm. The club will be taught by Kaitlin Muller-Cusack, a 7th grade science teacher and a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Kathy Birse-Siegel, Health and PE teacher and RYT, Kari Bjune, School Nurse and RYT. Yoga is scientifically known to decrease stress, illness and anxiety. A consistent yoga practice will also increase body awareness, mood, attention, and your overall mental and physical health. Yoga promotes a healthy lifestyle on and off your yoga mat. Students will be able to use what they learn in a mindful yoga practice to deal with everyday situations
