Strength Training

Students interested in working out in our new Fitness Center during the month of January please fill out and submit the form HERE.  Fitness Center dates are January 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, and 20.  Students will be put through a supervised strength training workout each day.  This activity will end at 4 pm and the late bus will be available to ride students home.  Strength Training is open to students in grades 6, 7, and 8.  Space is limited to 20 students.  Any questions please email Tom Denning at or Matt Mitchell at
