Cardio Kick Boxing
A 50 minute cardio kickboxing class with Deanna that is doable for all levels! This class will get your heart pumping with a mix of short and long kickboxing combinations, power pushes and speed sets. Please purchase a pair of hand wraps after your first class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to wrap your hands. Register with the Lizfit.net, you can download the app from itunes or android to create your account and pay for classes. Class is offered on Saturday mornings from 9:00-9:50 am.

Intervals of 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest! Fun, fast and effective. Class held on Wednesdays @ 6:15 am. $8.00 a class for spinnaker members and $10.00 for non-members.

Workout of the day classes are comprised of functional movements at a high intensity. Classes held Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm, register with lizfit.net. The workouts are highly scalable exercises with a different workout each week. Please arrive early to stretch and warm up and find out the wod!
