Yoga Stretch
Instructor Diane Stradling leads yoga movements in a slow, deep stretching pace. Ends with meditative breathing. You must be able to go from standing to floor and back up without assistance. This is an ongoing class that you may join at anytime, but you must pre-register calling (603) 610-4433 or emailing bsullivan@cityofportsmouth.com.

Ukulele Group
Laura Cassinari King will return as the ukulele leader to help beginners learn the uke and intermediate players hone their strumming skills. Must bring your own uke. Sheet music provided. Reservations required by calling (603) 610-4433 or emailing bsullivan@cityofportsmouth.com.

Fiddle Jam Session
Hosted by Laura Cassinari King, this class will be an hour long of playing your favorite tunes with others. Guitars and other stringed instruments are welcome upon request. Reservations requested, but drop-ins welcome.
