Enjoy a gentle stretch class using simple yoga positions and other movements to help you move with more comfort and ease. This class is intended for those who are able to sit down on and get up from the floor without assistance.

Health RHYTHMS is a research-based music and wellness program. People sit in a circle and can use their hands or drum sticks to beat the African and similarly styled drums. You will increase your heart rate, use your core strength and build comradery with your fellow drummers.

Description: Tables and supplies are available for people to come in and work on any new or long overdue art project. Don’t have one? We have the supplies: paints, canvas, brushes are all available. We also have adult coloring books and color pencils. Or bring whatever you would like to work on.

Reiki Healing Circle

Dull Men's Club
Group meets every Friday - Drop-ins ok. A great opportunity for men to hang out with a good bunch of guys and chat about issues of great or little importance over a cup of coffee and donuts. If you have a good (or bad) joke to share, a tale to tell, hobby to chat about, or just like to listen, then plan to join the DMC - Dull Men's Club. Serious politics and religion are strictly verboten.
It's time to realize that DULL is not just another 4-letter word!
Club will be free. Charge for shirt and hat will be forthcoming when group is established. Members will rotate the donut responsibility.
