Complete Streets

Construction projects are being implemented based on the City's Complete Streets Policy, adopted in 2013.  The City has committed to “approach every transportation improvement and project phase as an opportunity to create safer, more accessible streets for all users,” and to use the best and latest design standards available.  For links to more information about specific Complete Streets projects - click here.

There is a $2.50 minimum transaction fee for Credit Card processing at the Portsmouth Recycle Center
