Inspection of Kearsage Way Bridge to continue Friday, April 5th

April 5, 2019

Detailed inspection of the Kearsarge Way Bridge over the Pan Am railroad tracks are tentatively scheduled to continue on Friday, April 5th, depending on weather conditions. This inspection will be conducted using an under-bridge inspection vehicle, occupying the northbound lane of the bridge during the inspection and limiting vehicles to a single lane of alternating traffic across the bridge. Flaggers will be present at either end of the bridge to direct motorists. Users of the bridge should expect minor delays during this time.

Should weather conditions prevent the work from being completed on Friday, the inspection will be rescheduled and another press release will be issued with the new date. This work is being completed as part of the City’s Bridge Capital Improvement Program.
