Foundry Place Garage Offers $2 Flat Rate Parking during Halloween Parade

The new, 600-space parking garage at 100 Foundry Place, opened last October, offers easy access to major travel corridors. At just $1.00 per hour, the Foundry is the best rate available in town.

This Halloween – for the 25th Annual Halloween Parade – the Foundry place Garage offers a $2.00 flat rate for any parking between 5 pm and 10 pm.

Drivers will receive a validation sticker that will reduce the parking rate to $2.00 when entering the garage. Patrons then can use the pay-on-foot machines located in the elevator lobby at the garage, or by simply inserting their ticket and a credit card at the exit station.

The Portsmouth Parking Division now has unique flexibility in using this garage to alleviate parking and traffic congestion during popular City occasions, such as the Halloween Parade and major events.
