Portsmouth New Year's Eve Events and Transportation Logistics

On New Year’s Eve, Pro Portsmouth will also be hosting its annual First Night® event in the downtown area. The Hanover Parking Garage will be offering a $5 flat fee parking rate during these activities beginning at 3 p.m.; past experience has shown that space at Hanover Garage is limited for this event.

For later arrivals, Portsmouth’s free parking and shuttle service, which runs between the Connect Community Church parking lot on Market Street and the Hanover Parking Garage, will have expanded service for New Year’s Eve, running a shuttle bus on Sunday, December 31st, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
