On October 11, 2017 the following subject voluntarily turned himself in at the Portsmouth Police Department on an arrest warrant for Sex Offender Duty to Report, which is a class B Felony.

Diment volunteered at a local youth organization without registering as a sex offender with the Portsmouth Police Department. Diment was required to complete a background check with the youth organization; when he failed to comply with the background check, it was brought to the Portsmouth Police Department’s attention.

Diment was released on $2,500 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear for an arraignment at the Portsmouth 10th Circuit Division Court on November 27, 2017.
