Motorcycle Accident with Injuries

On May 27, 2021, at approximately 10:27pm, the Portsmouth Police Department received multiple 911 calls reporting a motor vehicle accident on Middle Street in the area of Aldrich Road. Patrol Officers arrived on scene and determined a motorcycle travelling on Middle Street had collided with a parked vehicle in the area of 678 Middle Street.

The operator of the motorcycle was identified to be:

JEFFREY STEELE

27 years old

Portsmouth, NH 03801

A passenger on STEELE’s motorcycle was identified to be:

ELIZABETH WILLIAMS

30 years old

Rochester, NH 03839

Both STEELE and WILLIAMS were transported to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital by the Portsmouth Fire Department.

This case is still under investigation and anyone who witnessed the accident, or has information to assist in this investigation, is urged to contact the investigating officer, Officer James Noury (603) 610-7541.
