Granite Shield Drug Arrest

On January 25, 2018 with the funding provided by the Granite Shield Opioid Grant the Portsmouth Police Department working with the Seacoast High Intensity Drug Interdiction Team made up of local officers and detectives from Seabrook, Hampton, and Greenland Police Departments, along with the assistance of the New Hampshire State Police Mobile Enforcement Team (MET) arrested the following individuals:

 

Alexandra Roy

Age: 24

Salisbury, MA

 

Possession with Intent to Sell a Controlled Drug Heroin (Felony)

Possession of a Controlled Drug in a Motor Vehicle (Misdemeanor)

 

Greg Levesque

Age: 29

98 Old Tpke Rd Apt. R

Nottingham, NH 03290

 

Conspiracy to Possession with Intent to Sell a Controlled Drug Heroin (Felony)

Warrant for Probation Violation on a 1st Degree Assault (Felony)

Possession of a Controlled Drug Marijuana (Violation)

While conducting a drug interdiction operation the above subjects were stopped on a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 95 Northbound in Portsmouth just prior to the Portsmouth Rotary.  Alexandra Roy was initially charged with Hindering Apprehension by the NH State Police (MET).  In addition to that charge she was later found in possession of a quantity of heroin, and a Walther 380 firearm while being searched incident to arrest resulting in the additional charges of Possession with intent to sell and Possession of Drugs in a Motor Vehicle.  Roy’s bail was set at $5000.00 Personal Recognizance and $2500.00 Cash.  Roy will be arraigned by the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office today via video arraignment in the Rockingham County Superior Court Felonies First Program.      

 

Greg Levesque was charged with Obstructing Government Administration by the NH State Police (MET) for providing a false identity.  Levesque was positively identified and found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation on an initial charge of 1st Degree Assault.  Levesque was also charged with being a co-conspirator with Roy on the Possession with Intent to Sell a Controlled Drug Heroin, along with a violation charge of marijuana possession. A sum of $880.00 United States Currency was also found in his possession.  Levesque was held with no bail due to the Probation Violation charge.  Levesque will be arraigned by the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office today via video arraignment in the Rockingham County Superior Court Felonies First Program.
