Granite Shield Drug Arrest

On October 26, 2017 with the funding provided by Granite Shield Opioid Grant the Portsmouth Police Department working with the Seacoast High Intensity Drug Interdiction Team made up of local officers and detectives from Seabrook, Hampton, Greenland and Newington Police Departments, along with the assistance of the New Hampshire State Police Mobile Enforcement Team, the Drug Enforcement Administration and New Hampshire Probation and Parole arrested the following individuals:

Katy Foster

Age: 28

155 Meadow Street

Sanbornville, NH

Possession of Controlled Drug Heroin (Felony)

Sale of a Controlled Drug Heroin (Felony)

Criminal Liability for Another (Felony)

Conspiracy to Commit (Felony) Warrant out of Wakefield PD

 

Lindsay Perkins

Age: 33

33 Pierce Ave.

Sanford, ME

Possession of a Controlled Drug Heroin (Felony)

Possession of a Controlled Drug Marijuana (Violation)

 

John Gray

Age: 37

37 Pierce Ave.

Sanford, ME

Possession of a Controlled Drug Methamphetamine (Felony)

Possession of a Controlled Drug in a Motor Vehicle (Misdemeanor)

 

While conducting a drug interdiction operation the above subjects were located in the area of Lafayette Road and Peverly Hill Road in Portsmouth. Trevor Mackenzie was apprehended while walking along Lafayette Rd and was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Portsmouth PD for the sale of a controlled drug. Once in custody he was also in possession of a quantity of heroin.

Foster, Gray and Perkins were located in a vehicle in the same area. Foster also had an outstanding warrant for sale of a controlled drug and criminal liability for another from Portsmouth PD as well as an outstanding warrant from Wakefield PD for Conspiracy to Commit the sale of a controlled drug heroin. Foster also had in her possession during the arrest a quantity of heroin. Gray was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine in a motor vehicle as the operator of the motor they were located in. Perkins was taken into custody for possession of heroin and also for a quantity of marijuana found in her possession.

Trevor Mackenzie and Katy Foster were both held with no bail due to both being on probation. Lindsay Perkins was held on $250.00 cash bail. All three will be arraigned by the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office today via video arraignment in the Rockingham County Superior Court felonies first program. John Gray posted bail at $250.00 cash and has a court date in Rockingham County Superior Court on November 3, 2017.
