The Administrative Services Division is responsible for managing Department financial programs to include the development and monitoring of the annual police department budget. The Division is also responsible for: Purchasing, Accounts payable, Payroll, Patrol shift scheduling, Grant writing and administration, Asset forfeiture, False alarm and outside work billing, Attendance tracking, Equipment management (including the fleet), Facilities oversight, Statistical analysis, Preparation of numerous department reports and presentations, Contract negotiation financials, and others.
