Scheduling Meetings/Inspections

Building permits (including fire protection systems), and sign permits are applied for online. These permits are a two-step process with an application being submitted first, plan review conducted, and the permit issued at a later date.

Once the permit has been approved, and you would like to schedule an inspection, please follow the instructions below:

BLDG Permits- All Building Inspections, whether residential or commercial MUST BE scheduled by calling the Inspections office at 603-610-7243. Please call and provide the permit number and the address along with what kind of inspection you need.

PMGR/ PMGC Permits: All inspections for Plumbing, Mechanical and Gas permits, whether residential or commercial MUST BE scheduled through the online portal. Requested date and time is not guaranteed due to the amount of requests submitted and inspectors availability. A response to the online request will be sent through the portal, and the applicant to the permit will be able to verify what date and time the inspection was scheduled for.
