Things Students Wish They Had Known Before Starting Seventh Grade

Seventh grade is very different from sixth grade. Teachers have different expectations. You have more tests, quizzes, pop quizzes, and projects.

You don't have a core teacher and the schedule changes in seventh grade. Unified arts are at the end of the day.

You only have two minutes in between classes and can't visit your locker.

Your friends will probably change this year.

You get more homework. You need to stay organized, because the work is harder. You don't get full credit if your work is late, and make up work must be done after school.

The sports are a lot different. You get to play on the school teams.

Lunch is at 10:23 a.m. and you will be really hungry at the end of the day.

It's great to not be the youngest students in school anymore!
