Goal #1: To increase student understanding of vocabulary used in NECAP tests by instituting vocabulary supports and instruction
This will be accomplished by establishing and disseminating a vocabulary curriculum that supports language comprehension for students in third through fifth grades.
Goal #2: To promote collegiality and congeniality between staff members
This will be accomplished by trimester breakfasts, and additional programs (such as: celebrations, study groups, peer coaching, mentoring, the “Good News” bulletin board, and Aspirations work) designed to support connections between staff members.
Goal #3: To communicate more clearly about the workings and nature of the T&L committee.
This will be accomplished by hosting trimester breakfasts for the staff, by hosting twice yearly conversational forums for parents, and by instituting a trimester newsletter. |
