Position:	Outreach Therapist – Long Term Substitute New Franklin Elementary School January 15 until the end of the school year
Requirements:	Preferred background as a Guidance Counselor, School Psychologist or School Social Worker NH Mental Health Practitioner licensure preferred
Responsibilities:	Must possess the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and promote, develop, and enhance effective teamwork with the school and larger community. Case management of special needs students  Participate in developing and administering behavior plans and evaluations Providing individual and group therapy for behaviorally and emotionally challenged students. Attend and participate in meetings as necessary, and act as liaison while attending meetings with outside agencies.  Have and maintain, at least, general knowledge of special education laws and all handicapping conditions as identified in the State of New Hampshire.  Perform related duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Principal and/or Director of Student Services.
Salary:	District long-term substitute per diem rate.
