Requirements:	New Hampshire Certification preferred or eligible for certification. Must meet Highly Qualified Teacher requirements. Knowledge of Literacy Across the Content Areas. Familiar with Portsmouth School District and district wide initiatives of personalized education and a focus on literacy across the content areas all within a framework of  curriculum, instruction, assessment, professional development and community
