Aquacize Update

Please note that Valerie will not be teaching on the following dates-

Thursday, 3/27; Tuesday 4/29; and Thursday 5/1

Portsmouth Rec. will be offering Aquacize Classes on the following dates and times-

Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 8:45- 9:30 AM at the Portsmouth Indoor Pool-(Ongoing until further notice.)


Fee: Free to Spinnaker Point and Indoor Pool Members. All others pay $5.00 Fee. (Call Jason if you have a membership at Spinnaker and want to come to the Indoor Pool Classes.)

This Class is designed for the Beginner to Moderate Aquacizer, so come burn some calories and get ready for Swimsuit Season! Any questions?
