Project # 5 Peverly Hill Road Sidewalk (Design Phase)

The City has acquired a State/Federal grant to help fund the construction of sidewalks & bike lanes that will link the Middle Road / Portsmouth Plains area to the Route 1 corridor. Lack of adequate drainage, narrow road cross section & right of way width are significant challenges to construction. Surveying and preliminary design will begin this fall for construction which is slated to begin next year.
