Project Description: The stair treads, risers, pans, and landings will be replaced in the Fleet Street & High Street stair towers of the High/Hanover Parking Facility. Some additional repairs will be made to the stairs in the Ladd Street stair tower and the existing elevator will be rehabilitated this spring as well.
