Project #15: Memorial & Scott Ave Bridges Replacement

Project Description: The City is working with the NHDOT and contractor Archer Western to replace the Scott Ave Bridge which spans over the ends of Daniel and State Streets adjacent to the Memorial Bridge. This project also reconstructs the area leading up to the bridges and the Wright Ave Parking Lot. The City is also planning to start construction of a pocket park and Harbor View Pier located at the end of Daniel Street.
