Reference: Arrest for Witness Tampering
Date of Release: December 19, 2006
On Monday, December 18th, 2006 at 4:15 PM, the following individual was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department at Crossroads House, located at 600 Lafayette Road:
Susan Breda
AKA: Susan Gilbert/Susan Davis
Date of birth 04/29/64
No permanent address
Ms. Breda was taken into custody as a result of an arrest warrant for:
Witness Tampering, a class B Felony.
Ms. Breda was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and held overnight at the Rockingham County Jail on $1,000 cash bail. She was arraigned this morning at the Portsmouth District Court, and is currently being held on $2,000 cash bail and $5,000 personal recognizance. She is also wanted by the Bedford Police Department for an arrest warrant for Shoplifting.
The Witness Tampering charge is connected to the arrest of Ms. Breda’s husband, Mark Breda.
