Reference: Bruce Gagnon arrest

After asking for the public’s assistance in locating a local man who is a registered sex offender for Bail Jumping, the Portsmouth Police Department received information as to his whereabouts and arrested:

Portsmouth, NH
Mr. Gagnon was previously arrested on September 14th, 2006 for the following criminal charges:
Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply (Class A Misdemeanor), and a Bench Warrant for: Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Drug, Operating After Suspension (all Misdemeanor charges).
Mr. Gagnon was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department following his arrest on September 14th, 2006 and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail for the first charge of failing to register as a sex offender, and $2,500 personal recognizance bail for the remainder of the charges. He was scheduled for an arraignment date at the Portsmouth District Court on October 16th, 2006, but failed to appear.
On November 14th, the Portsmouth Police Department asked for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Gagnon. On November 19th at approximately 1:15 AM, the Portsmouth Police Department received information that Mr. Gagnon was at a local establishment. He was located there and arrested for the new criminal charge of Bail Jumping, a class A Misdemeanor. He was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released after posting $500. cash bail. He is scheduled to appear again at Portsmouth District Court on December 18th, 2006.
