Reference: False Swearing arrest

On Wednesday, November 1st, 2006, at approximately 3:30 PM, the following individual was arrested in Portsmouth by the Portsmouth Police Department as a result of an arrest warrant:
Julia Lynch
Date of birth 08/10/76
66 Baer Road
Rollinsford, NH 03869
Ms. Lynch was arrested on an arrest warrant for the following four Class A Misdemeanor criminal charges:
False Swearing
Attempted False Imprisonment
Stalking
Tampering with a Public or Private Record
These charges are a result of an investigation into allegations that Ms. Lynch filed false Involuntary Emergency Admission paperwork against a person known to her. Ms. Lynch was employed as a nurse at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital at the time that these crimes are alleged to have occurred, during the month of October.
Ms. Lynch was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for an arraignment in Portsmouth District Court on December 4th, 2006.
