Reference: Graffiti arrest

On Thursday, October 26th, 2006, the Portsmouth Police Department made another arrest in the ongoing investigation into Criminal Mischief crimes, specifically Graffiti, which have occurred throughout Portsmouth in the last several months.
This arrest is linked to the graffiti that was committed in the Plaza 800 and Malt House Exchange area near Islington Street in the overnight hours of Saturday, October 14th. Through an intensive investigation, a 16 year old male juvenile was found to be responsible. Due to his age, his identity will not be released to the public.
We urge the public to report all graffiti crimes promptly, so that they can be properly documented, and evidence can be photographed and processed.
