On Wednesday, October 24th, 2007 at approximately 9:20 AM, two Portsmouth High School students were arrested for possessing drugs outside of school grounds by School Resource Officer Robert Munson. Arrested were:

Charge: Possession of a Controlled Drug (Marijuana) - class A Misdemeanor.
Finn Noyes
Date of birth 12/26/89
171 Union Street, Apt. 3
Portsmouth, NH
Charge: Possession of a Controlled Drug (Marijuana) - class A Misdemeanor.
Both students had left the school and walked outside to a nearby area, where they were arrested. Both were processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and subsequently released on $1,000 personal recognizance each. They are both scheduled to be arraigned at the Portsmouth District Court on November 19, 2007 at 8:30 AM.
The Portsmouth Police Department continues to work with the Portsmouth School Department in an effort to keep all of the Portsmouth schools safe and drug free.
