Reference: Wanted registered sex offender

The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individual:

Martin Isaac Holmes
Date of birth 09/13/79
No fixed address

An arrest warrant has been issued for Mr. Holmes for:

2 Counts of Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply (both class B Felonies).

In August, Mr. Holmes was released from the Strafford County Jail and listed a Portsmouth address as his intended home address. He is required to register as a sex offender due to a conviction in 2005 for Felonious Sexual Assault to a minor. He has not registered as of this date.

It is believed that Mr. Holmes may be in the seacoast area or Rochester.
