On Monday, September 17th, 2007 at 11:20 AM, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individuals as a result of a fight that occurred in front of Portsmouth High School:

Charge: Second Degree Assault- Felony.

Alexander P. Harding
Date of birth 09/06/90
1808 Islington Street
Portsmouth, NH
Charges: Second Degree Assault, Possession of Controlled Drug (on School Grounds)- both Felonies.

Zachary Chevalier
Date of birth 09/17/90
8 Stonecroft Apt. 2
Portsmouth, NH
Charge: Accomplice to Second Degree Assault- Felony.

It is alleged that all three arrestees physically assaulted a male juvenile. The victim was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital via ambulance, where he is currently being treated for injuries sustained from this assault.

All three arrestees were processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and later released to their respective parents on $2,500 personal recognizance bail each. All three arrestees have an arraignment date in Portsmouth District Court of October 22, 2007 at 8:30 AM.
