Reference: Felony theft arrest

On Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 11:20 AM, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual:

Christopher Dixon
Date of birth 05/13/88
14 Pleasant Street
Epping, NH

Mr. Dixon was arrested for the following:

Two counts of: Theft by Unauthorized Taking (both Felonies).

The two felony counts were the result of an investigation into numerous thefts of money from a gym in Portsmouth. It is alleged that Mr. Dixon committed these thefts between July 9th and September 1st of this year, and that the total amount stolen was in excess of $1,000.

Mr. Dixon was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled for arraignment at the Portsmouth District Court on October 22, 2007 at 8:30 AM.
