On Monday, August 20, 2007, the following individual was arraigned at the Portsmouth District Court as a result of an arrest warrant:

Kevin S. Donnelly
Date of birth 06/11/63
256 High Street, Apt. A
Lawrence, Massachusetts.

He is charged with:

Three counts of Stalking (class A Misdemeanors),
Three counts of Tampering with Witnesses/Informants (all Felonies),
One count of Kidnapping (Felony).

This arrest is the result of an investigation by the Portsmouth Police Department into a series of domestic violence related incidents that occurred in Portsmouth between May 20, 2007 and June 5, 2007.

Mr. Donnelly was held on $50,000 cash bail on these charges, and he is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in Portsmouth District Court on September 4, 2007 at 1:00 PM.
He was returned to the custody of the Rockingham County Sheriff after this arraignment.

Mr. Donnelly is alleged to have committed these offenses while on bail for other domestic violence related offenses from October of 2006. He is awaiting trial on those charges at Rockingham County Superior Court.
