On May 18, 2007 the Portsmouth Police arrested the following individual:

James A. Libby Sr.
DOB-6/01/1964
36 Clinton Street
Chelsea, MA 02150

For Witness Tampering (Felony), Stalking (Misdemeanor), and four counts of Harassment (Misdemeanors). The Portsmouth Police Department is not releasing the names of the victims in this case at this time.

Mr. Libby has been a wanted fugitive from justice since April 2007. He is currently out on bail from Newton, Massachusetts for Breaking and Entering, and he is also currently wanted by the Newton, Massachusetts Police Department on other charges.

Mr. Libby is being held on cash/surety bail in the amount of $10,000.00 at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
