Reference: Attempted Burglary arrest
Date of Release: May 11th, 2006
On Wednesday, May 10th 2006 at approximately 2:15 PM, the following individual turned himself in to the Portsmouth Police Department on an outstanding arrest warrant:
Louis E. Stuart
Date of birth 01/31/78
70 South Main Street, Apt. A
Newton, NH 03858
Mr. Stuart was arrested for the following criminal charges:
Attempted Burglary (Felony)
Possession of Burglary Tools (Class A Misdemeanor)
This arrest was the result of an investigation into the attempted burglary of the Service Credit Union Bank located at 2032 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth in the early morning hours of April 18th. At that time, Patrol Officer Josh McCain found Mr. Stuart parked behind the bank. A subsequent investigation by Detective John Peracchi with the assistance of the Newton Police Department resulted in the arrest warrant for Mr. Stuart for these charges.
Mr. Stuart was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail for a June 12th arraignment date at Portsmouth District Court.
