Date of Release: APRIL 30TH, 2006
On April 27th, 2006, while on patrol, Officer Andre Wassouf observed a silver, 1995, Mercury Sable with NH plates, being operated in the area of Lafayette Plaza. When he first saw the Mercury there were four occupants. After observing the vehicle and the occupants for some time, Officer Wassouf did stop the vehicle on Greenleaf Ave. At the time of the traffic stop there were three occupants in the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Joshua Klockers, an 18 year old Greenland resident. One passenger was identified as Drew Wade, an 18 year old Rye resident. The other passenger was identified as Jason Hoeman, an 18 year old Greenland resident.
Officer Wassouf discovered approximately one ounce of marijuana in the Mercury and arrested the driver, Joshua Klockers for possession of a controlled drug in a motor vehicle.
Special Investigations Unit Detective Steve Arnold arrived at the scene of the motor vehicle stop. Based on investigations by S.I.U. there were warrants for both Drew Wade and Jason Hoeman and they were arrested on those warrants.
Drew Wade was charged with one count of Felony Conspiracy to Sell a Controlled Drug.
Jason Hoeman was charged with two counts of Felony Sale of a Controlled Drug.
Joshua Klockers was booked and released on $5,000.00 Personal Recognizance Bail with a court date of June 5th, 2006.
Drew Wade was booked and released on $15,000.00 Personal Recognizance Bail with a court date of June 5th, 2006.
Jason Hoeman was held on $25,000.00 Cash Bail. He was arraigned on April 28th, 2006 at the Seabrook District Court in front of Judge Fracher. As a result of the arraignment, Hoeman was ordered held on $10,000.00 Cash. Hoeman was transported to the Rockingham County Jail. His next court date is scheduled for May 8th, 2006 at the Portsmouth District Court.
